Hon. Billie Colombaro (Ret.) is a former Court of Appeals Judge with over 40 years of experience in the legal field. She now practices as a full time Arbitrator and Mediator, working primarily with the American Arbitration Association.
She serves as Chair for and is on the Commercial (Large Complex Cases), Employment, International, Appellate, and Consumer Panels, as well as on the Judicial Settlement Conference, and is coded as a Special Master. In addition to her Juris Doctorate Degree from Loyola University, Judge Colombaro, has a Masters of Law Degree in Judicial Process from the University of Virginia.
