“Jay was fantastic and took great care and exhibited calm precise and detailed instructions as well as well as helpful information and suggestions. His guidance and professionalism were both top notch and earned a five star review! Highly recommend this service to anyone thinking about relocation.”
“Just in the preliminary process of moving, but Tyler sold me. He was informative, very knowledgeable, personable and comforting. Hope my move will reflect my initial discussion.”
“I haven’t had my move yet but Zac has been extremely well and professional through the initial contract. I am confident that my move will be just as great!”
“I haven't moved yet but your customer service agent, Tyler Dunn, is one of the finest customer service people I have ever dealt with and I am an old man. That man is a tremendous asset to your company and, to be honest, probably worth more than you pay him. I hope the rest of my experience with your company exceeds my expectations as much as the initial contact with Mr. Dunn did. Do your best to hold on to that boy.”
“Jay was amazing: accommodating and extremely helpful. Even though I had to use another company due to timing issues, I’d definitely recommend this company to friends.”
“Jay was great to work with over the phone and explained everything in detail very well with what's happening in my move. He wasn't pushy and I didn't feel pressured to commit. I look forward to working with him on my move”
“Initial estimate and booking have gone smoothly with questions answered and calls returned. I'll await a final rating once the truck arrives and is loaded on the day it is scheduled. That will be the real test since we need to be out by a certain day.”
I would never recommend this Company. They were great to begin with, outsourced to precise moving from out of Florida... and Georgia. Furniture was to be delivered on August 27th not delivered completely until September 27th by Precise Moving which came with broken furniture leg, broken dishes ,Grandfather clock weights completely apart, with screws in bottom of box, dents in the covers of the weights thinking the weights was gold, boxes slit open, picture frames and mirrors frames broken, jewelry box top split and inside mirror shattered so many problems to mention. The claims Company who they gave you to report loss you could not get thru to everything had to be completed on line and had so many questions about dates purchased, price paid, etc. Could not complete, as this was an estate I inherited that was my aunts and uncles and was so precious to me and they destroyed most of the furniture that I wanted to keep. If you ever get Precise Moving and get a trucker named Eric he was the last one to deliver for them run for he was the worst.read more

Not worth the cost. I've had nothing but issues since the beginning. The original guy said that I could call if I had... questions after the original quote. He never answered. The second guy said I could call if I had questions. He never answered and he said someone would call me on Sunday to let me know if the pickup would be Monday or Tuesday. No one called. I left messages but no call. Someone called me late Monday to say it would be Wednesday before they could get here and they would call that day to let me know what time. No one called . I called Tuesday and found out that they would be here at noon. The truck showed up on time and he said he drove all night to get here. only one guy to move an entire house and garage full of stuff. I have a deadline and have to be out by noon tomorrow. I am sure I am going to have damages to my stuff and am sick about it. Why would they charge me so much money but not follow through also are they contracting with the right companies to get quality work? I think not. I have wood floors and if it is scratched are they going to reimburse me for the repairs as I have sold this place and it needs to be in the same condition as when I sold it.I’ll be back to comment once this poor guy gets finished .read more
***ITS A SCAM, HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANOTHER COMPANY *** As a Service member and government employee, I sent a request for a... quote which I was connected to a representative that was knowledgeable and seemed to be experienced. During my RECORDED phone conversation, I asked the representative in the event I didn’t receive my job opportunity (reason for the move) how would I go able getting a refund for my deposit? She (Alexandra Furman) advised that i would receive a full refund and “get my money back”. Fast forward, I didn’t get the job opportunity, called Alexandra with no answer, sent and email with no answer, sent a text with no answer. I send an additional email to the info box where I was connect to another “senior “ representative (Emily Sanchez)who advised I would receive a credit for future move. After the lack of communication I got so far, if I tried to reschedule my move i haven’t received a response yet Let alone use it in the future. After advising a deviation of the terms and conditions from their employee, I was simply responded with “no refund”JUST RUDE.read more
Avoid Coast to Coast Relocations At All Costs!I'm utterly appalled by the shockingly terrible service I've received... from Coast to Coast Relocations. Of all the moving companies I've dealt with, they stand out as the absolute worst. They lured me in with the promise of a good deal, had me tangled up in endless paperwork, only to reveal their true colors by cheaply outsourcing to some third-party trucker!Once they got their greedy hands on my money, any semblance of customer service evaporated. I'm left completely in the dark, clueless about where my belongings are or when they might arrive. Their audacity knows no bounds - they actually told ME to chase up the third-party service! And the so-called "friendly" sales rep who was all smiles at the start? Nowhere to be found. Every call I make is met with endless hold times and zero answers. To anyone reading this: steer clear of this nightmare of a company. They're an absolute disgrace to the moving industry!read more
1) I grew concerned when I reached out to customer services with no response, I told Alenxandra I was considering... withdrawing my service request, then I was contacted quickly and told that 3 days before the move I would be called with an inventory checklist as well as a locked-in move date. My husband also spoke to her to establish what needed to be done. A number of poor reviews had popped up on their page since my having originally put a deposit down on the move.2) I did receive the call 4 days prior to the move and in speaking with the broker, NOT Alexandra, I was informed that there was a 2 day window. I explained, and also have written evidence, that September 1st was the 100% date we needed to move by and Alexandra wrote to me with an affirmative "yes" that we would be picked up on that date. The new broker stated that the 2 day window was exclusively as a backup in case of extreme emergency like natural disaster, snow storm, or truck breakdowns and that 90% of their moves happen on the first/preferred day because the other is simply contingency. I said if that were the case, then fine, otherwise we would have scheduled an August 31st/September 1st window because our tenant was moving in on the 2nd. At this time, my estimate also doubled as a result of added inventory and thus my deposit more than doubled. When I inquired about drop-off, I received confirmation that it would be that night or early the next morning because drivers are not allowed to work more than 10 hours a day for safety reasons.3) On September 1st I reached out to Alexandra who told me to call dispatch. My husband and I both called dispatch several times and were told we would receive a callback with confirmation of our move. That did not happen. We eventually got directly connected with our scheduled driver who informed us that we were directly lied to and that he was given an option as to which day better suited HIM for pickup/drop off. We explained the urgent concern we had and he said he would wake up at 4am to do his drop off in the morning in Strausberg and then come directly to us at 8:30am and have us out of our house by 11am.4) On the morning of the 2nd, we were told that drop-off at not yet happened at 9am which means he would not arrive to us until 11. Then 12. Then 1. Then 2. Then 3. Husband and I contacted the dispatch office, customer care, and our broker upwards of 30 times with no response. We also have documented evidence that we reached out to security as well who sent us to an unmonitored line. Alexandra ghosted us completely and I have textual evidence of her negligence as I tried to engage with her over the crisis. Our mover kept saying he was "around the corner" but when we finally called it off, he had supposedly been working for outside the 10 hour window and therefore would not even have been able to pick up our belongings within that time-slot. There are at least 5 witnesses to his "not being around the corner" as everyone checked to see if there was indeed a moving truck in the vicinity.5) I then went to access my contract to review details in order to challenge the fees, and found that i did not have access to it and that the "link had expired" and I had to contact customer services in order to view it - this being a problem given that customer services didn't respond to any of my inquiries from that day or the day prior.6) We then incurred a number of additional fees: an extra uhaul and storage, hiring new movers, supporting our new tenant in his move in since all of our belongings were still there, hotel stays, etc.7) I got in touch with someone at headquarters who informed me that he would contact me as soon as he was "finished washing his goldendoodle." I received no call from him and have yet to receive ANY contact at all from C2C following the missed pickup window. It has been over a week since I've received even so much as a text from the brokers.read more
August 18, 2023 Horrible Experience with Coast-to-Coast Relocation movers (CtC) and Hello Moving (CtC’s subcontractor)... by a “Senior” couple in their 70’s. Job # S2008698 From Indianapolis, IN to Venice FL. Communication with both companies was effectively non-existent. We were never sure when a mover was going to show up even though we were extremely concerned about being out of our house before the new owners took possession. All we were told, in a very rude way, was we would get a call 24 hours before the truck would show up. At the last minute we were notified by CtC that Hello Moving would be our mover. When we voiced our concern about a different company, who had horrible reviews and a D- BBB score moving us, CtoC rudely told us that they were just middlemen and did not actually move people. (Their web site shows a Coast to Coast moving van and did not say anything about just being a middleman that we paid thousands of dollars for.) It was too late to do anything about this obvious Bait and Switch by Coast-to-Coast Relocation. As for Hello Moving, everything we read about how bad they were on the BBB and reviews turned out to be true. Communication was effectively non-existent. When we were finally told the truck would arrive on Saturday and then did not show up my wife called and left two messages politely asking for status. She also emailed Hello Moving two times politely asking for status and a delivery date. No one was returning her requests for information. She finally received a call on Monday morning from a woman representing Hello Moving who immediately yelled at my wife for trying to call the driver who had, initially, given my wife his phone number. She was very hostile and would not let my wife speak. It was very unnerving and inappropriate to be treated in this manner by a company we had spent thousands of dollars with. As for how the subcontractor for Coast to Coast, Hello Moving, “cared” for our belongings, almost everything that was stacked onto the original truck ended up at our new home destination upside down, smashed, broken, missing, and more.Per YOUR website: "No matter what kind of moving needs you have, we’ll rise to the occasion to deliver the highest quality moving experience you’ve ever had. That’s our guarantee!"After reading our experience with your company (above) I would like to hear from your chief executive about how you plan to live up to your guarantee. So far you have ignored our emails.read more
BEWARE DO NOT USE C2C MOVING!!!! They are absolute scammers. One, they’re a broker so they don’t actually move anything... of yours but instead outsource it to a different company. I worked with Carmen and gave her a list of all of the items I had in my home. She left off the BIGGEST items on the list and I was charged $1,000 more over the quote she gave me. She also said I would not be charged for being on the second floor. The moving company I worked with said C2C is notorious for making these mistakes to make you work with them. This was a nightmare. I never leave reviews, but like other people have already said…. BUYER BEWARE!!!I was contacted by Coast to Coast... after getting several quotes from other companies. Jay was very kind, told me that other companies would screw us and that this could be a company to trust. He told me that he would need a deposit ASAP to lock in the “discount.” Also, never disclosed that C2C would contract work out. Continued to tell me that they work with military families all the time, so I felt like I could trust them. I paid my deposit but was warned that I would not be able to get my money back after 3 days. I made the booking in April. July came and after three phone calls of asking for additional money for “quality assurance” I was already almost $4k in the hole without a hope to get any money back for a $5k quote. (Keep in mind, this was for a one bedroom apartment!!) and when asked for receipts for accounting purposes never got documents for the actual “quality assurance” payments. I’ve asked numerous times!I was given a range of when you expect the moving company (48 hours-which fine…) but then it was dropped on me that Jay flat out lied when he referred to “our guys.” I was not given the name of who would actually move my items until two days before the move. The actual movers Hello Moving USA, not the actual name under their licenses and also getting sued by another company for stealing their name, has had a reputation of damaging items, refusing delivery after spiking rates astronomically, and just overall jerks. We were told by the gentlemen that picked up our items 7/16 that it would probably take a few days before they could deliver. They were kind, and tried to comfort me as I sobbed when I was told I would need $4k upfront to move. C2C told me to have $1800 in cash and that was a bold face lie. When I attempted to reach out to customer service I was told there was nothing they could do, that I would have to work it out with HM. Also, beware the “extra” charges of “long moves” and “fuel surcharge” and elevator charges!!! (Again, was never mentioned that it would happen by C2C!!!!) the guys just said to pay the rest on delivery.Fast forward to 8/14. We finally get our belongings delivered after calling HM USA desperately trying to find out where our belongings were. Among them, my brothers ashes. We were never told where our stuff was for three weeks! The customer service was a total joke, the lady was really rude to me, but would switch it off when my boyfriend would talk to her. And eventually rude to him also. Our stuff arrives, and every box labeled fragile looked like it had been through a garbage crusher. Our VERY expensive TV was a total loss, and the actual mover was so kind and patient with me as I sobbed for an hour. All of our stuff did actually arrive. But HM were the ones that packed the TV. I physically packed everything else myself- and amazing enough, nothing I personally packed was destroyed despite the condition of the boxes.I have made a claim to HM USA, but after everything I know I will get nothing back in return. Legally, they only have to pay $0.06 for every lbs that’s damaged for one of the most expensive parts of our apartment. And I’m sure they won’t be happy that I’m sharing this disaster of a move while they “investigate.”I am so disappointed in myself for falling for this trap. And I only share this with all of you so you don’t find yourself almost $8k in a hole for the worst and emotionally damaging experiences. I wouldn’t wish this on my enemy.read more
Do not hire this company. They are a scam (i.e. they mislead and lie to you, use exploitative tactics). They give you a... super low estimate for how much it will cost, and give you a date when your stuff will arrive that sounds fantastic. You pay a couple thousand dollars in a deposit, and then moving day comes -- and some other company you have never heard of shows up, charging a much higher price and providing a longer estimate for how long it will take for your stuff to arrive. The companies they hire, based on my experience, tend to be low quality (scam you, overcharge, poor customer service and communication, take excessively long to deliver). When the movers arrive, you suddenly need to pay thousands more than you thought you were going to pay, and your 2 day shipping time suddenly becomes 3-7 days (with the possibility of it taking 30 days). After many, many calls trying to figure out why our delivery was taking so much longer than expected -- we finally got our movers to arrive 10 days after the initial pick up at 9:30 pm.This is a broker and they are lying to you about what services you will receive. Do not hire them.read more
No. Just stop here and run away. This company is a scam. They are nothing but a broker who will sell your contract to a... third party. They will lure you in with a reasonable quote then jack up the price as you get closer. Timeframes agreed to mean nothing as they transfer you to the company that they chose. When I eventually got my stuff delivered, it was three weeks after we agreed. Plus, the driver they sold the work to had no help with him and refused to unload anything without an extra $200 for his labor. My wife and I ended up carrying everything inside ourselves. Coast to Coast relocation is a fraud. They will give you a very low estimate just to book you. They do not move. There... will a different company who will actually come to your home and pick up the items and after loading everything in the truck, they will give you the actual volume and cost and that will be almost double than the quotation Coast to Coast gave you. You will not be able do anything at that time because the sales person whom you have discussed and booked, has gone. He can't be reached. ZERO STARS!!! These crooks are the "broker" for Black Belt Logistics, a SCAM moving company who's license has been... revoked by the BBB. They took over $2000 from my friend, he moved across country. Over a month later his stuff NEVER ARRIVED. He had to fly back to his original city and found out that all of his belongings are still sitting in a storage unit 7 WEEKS LATER! They don't take your calls after you pay your deposit. They lie and lie and promise this stuff is on the way and obviously it's NOT. I worked with Carmen to secure their transport services. Barring a recliner I accidentally omitted my inventory was... thoroughly accurate and their price came in two thousand cheaper than their competitor. They were even flexible to secure the deposit. When I offered to pay off the remaining balance in small amounts they themselves advised they could not take any more money until the delivery of my goods because the Department of Transportation prohibits it.A few days later they reached out to my wife to verify inventory as an exercise of “quality assurance “. After this occurred they claimed I omitted some furniture pieces when they themselves documented it on their binding estimate. They then took advantage of this false claim to collect another $1,000 past what they could legally collect prior to delivery. The frustration and incompetence grew as they didn’t own up to them falsifying inventory and didn’t acknowledge nor apologize for taking the extra money under false pretenses. We were scheduled for pickup on a military family housing facility, they said no problem they go on bases all the time.... We get a call saying the day of delivery they won’t show until next day, but he can’t get on the next day so we have to change all of our appointments because of this. It put us in a bind then the way they do estimates is so bogus, you go from $7000 to 12000. We are inconvenienced and had to change everything that was scheduled at present location and place we were moving. They raise the prices to astronomical rates, we were told originally we were to have 80% of truck for use, then our driver told us we maybe filled 75% of the truck but yet we owed an additional $5000.. I call and spoke with Lyndsey a manager she was great and said she would see what she could do on price, well the next day I was told I should hear something in the AM nothing. I call and no one answers my calls because they are getting my money so they just ignore. The day of delivery they tell me somebody deducted $100 woo that was it, crazy. WARNING!! DO NOT BOOK C2C!!! Coast to Coast moving company was a complete disaster from start to finish. And Keith... Price, the associate assigned to my move was very little help, always passing me off to someone else and taking zero accountability for my move.First off, Coast to Coast quoted 8k when at the end of the day I was charged upwards of 20k -an exorbitant amount of money! To make matters worse, they completely lied to me about the timeline of the move. I was told that the truck would go directly to my new location, but instead they were planning on storing my furniture for three whole weeks. And when I confronted them about the lies, Nathan with North Transportation actually had the audacity to tell me that "all sales people will tell you what you want to hear" and "you were lied to" - referring to my contact Keith Price at Coast to Coast. Sadly, this appears to have been true. Additionally, Nathan was extremely rude to me and even raised his voice on the phone - I was shocked!Upon delivery, their movers were extremely reckless and caused extensive damage to our belongings. They dropped our dining room table, destroyed a designer coffee table, broke a TV, a very nice computer chair, and other items that were marked as fragile. The movers showed laziness and a complete lack of care, resulting in thousands of dollars worth of damage. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to file a claim for the extensive damage caused by Coast to Coast's movers, I was passed around from Keith Price at Coast to Coast, to customer service, and finally to North Transport. After weeks of back-and-forth and delayed responses, I was told that I would be compensated a measly and insulting $200 for over $2,000 worth of damaged furniture. This amount was nowhere near enough to cover the cost of the damages caused by their careless and negligent movers. Nathan told me that the insurance claim process would barely pay out, take months to complete, and would be an unfortunate road to go down. This lack of accountability and dismissive attitude towards my concerns was unacceptable and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Keith Price was of course no help either and ignored my messages completely.Overall, I would never recommend this moving company to anyone. They are dishonest, unreliable, and clearly just trying to scam people out of as much money as possible. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.read more
BE CAREFUL!Keith quoted $8k. Ended up paying over $18k. Don't listen to their original quote at all— it's just to... lock you into a deposit. They laughed at the idea of trying to get back our deposit, and also said- "the sales guy (aka Keith) will tell you anything!" when he made us a bunch of claims to us like that we'll get our own truck to sell us.To top it off, the guys they hired on broke our dining table in our face. They almost dropped into my car, but hit the concrete instead. Broke a beautiful, expensive table in half. The initial conversation with Eric sounded so good, but this was the worse service I ever received in my life. I was... told by my broker Coast to coast that my stuff would be picked up between 12-15 December, with a delivery date of 26 Dec in Arizona. 12 - 15 Dec came and past and Eric told me that i need to get a hold of the mover. Not sure what I actually paid coast to coast because once you sign the paperwork with them they wash their hands of you and relinquished all Broker duties/ responsibilities. After multiple attempts of trying to contact the mover, they showed up at my house after 10 pm on 23 Dec. The movers were not prepared for the move. I paid extra for pack & wrap but the mover said that they weren't tracking that and I need to call coast to coast. Basically, both parties kept on pointing fingers at each other. We were told our items would be delivered to AZ on 26 Dec so I flew my wife there to accept our items. I called everyday to inquire about the move and all I heard that there was nothing scheduled and they claimed on the back of the paper I signed said they have until 26 Feb to deliver my items. My estimated weight and what I actually got delivered was about half of what coast to coast told me. I called the movers on 14 Jan and asked when the items would be delivered and they said nothing is scheduled and it would be delivered in Feb. I told them my wife's flight is booked for 16 Jan and she returned home on 16 Jan. I received a call from the movers on 17 Jan informing me that my items would be delivered in 1-3 days. I had to fly my wife back to Arizona a day after she returned. Below is a picture of one of the boxes we received. Worse packing job every, even though I paid for wrapping in packing. Every box had broken contents and I know trying to file a claim will be difficult because of what I experienced. I moved over 10 times while I was in the military and this is by far the worse experience I ever had. I am glad this nightmare is over and I will be reporting all parties to the BBB. He was detailed and assisted with the step by step process in executing the required documents. He also explained each document. The follow up also has been of professionalism! I highly recommend Coast to Coast!read more
Thank you guys. The times for pick up and delivery were out of my requested times but your professional treatment and... your follow ups, showed me your seriousness and client centered approach. I will definitely keep you in mind for my daughter's move in 6 months. Moving is stressful, but your efficiency made it a great experience. Thanks again.read more
Zac was the best person involved with my entire move. He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered every question I had... with grace. While this move was more expensive than I originally intended it to be, the white glove policy and assistance they adhere to was above reproach.read more
I wanted to recognize the great job the team at Coast to Coast Relocations made by helping me with my move. It got a... little complicated because I added a bunch of stuff I had in storage but, even with the change of price at pickup I felt that the prices were fair. I was expenting the increase since I was planning to sell some stuff and I just did not have the time. I remembered it was part of the terms and conditions and they accommodated the extra. Anyway, they did everything as expected. It is certainly a tough job to do with 95 degrees outside. Keep it up guys!read more
I cannot stress enough that these are moving brokers, not a moving company - and they did not set me up with a good... moving company. I’m talking the moving lead showed up in flip flops (red flag number 1), they charged me considerably more money than the estimate Coast to Coast provided, it took 4 and a half hours for them to pack up just a two-bedroom apartment (which was already boxed up, mind you), and I ended up getting my items delivered at 10:40 p.m. on a Saturday, with things wrapping up well after midnight. This is not a company that will take the time to do it’s job right by setting you up with good, quality movers. Once they had my money and a contract signed saying they had fulfilled their end of xyz, that was the last I heard from them. I look forward to never using their services ever again.read more
NEVER USE!! JUST CALL A MOVER DIRECTLY!! Jay Cummings is a liar and a manipulator. First estimate was $4,800. Final... cost $8,600! NJ to Nashville 1 bedroom Townhouse. Jay took $3,200 of the move money and DID NOTHING. Save your money and call mover directly.read more
Make that 0.I was told this was a direct carry from Plant City to Tallahassee. They contract it out, then I’m charged... $1500 extra. Tomorrow will be 5 days and I’m still waiting for delivery or even a date of delivery. 285 miles! No one there really cares.read more
Very poor communication. Didn't clarify they were a moving broker--not an actual moving company, yet somehow still... promised me a speedy delivery of my things, which did not happen. No help whatsoever when the actual moving company they used had many delays. And did not give a reliable estimate. I ended up paying double what I was quoted.read more
