Sheryle Woodruff cofounded Conflict Management Assoc. and has been a trainer, conflict coach and certified mediator since 1997. She holds a Masters Degree in ADR and has written many articles about workplace conflicts.
Sheryle has mediated hundreds of disputes for government agencies & private companies and helps organizations eliminate employee related problems that weaken organizations and distract from core functions. She specializes in workplace mediation including EEO and discrimination complaints with an emphasis on early intervention. Sheryle has mediated and consulted for companies around the country, including unions and governments. The goal is to avoid lawsuits and improve morale and decrease costs related to unresolved conflict.
