Denny Morgenstern is an ADR professional with a 35+ year career of active civil litigation, whose goal as a mediator is to promote the final resolution of claims and disputes, all while reducing the delay, expenses, stress and uncertainty associated with litigation. Denny now limits his practice to providing mediation and arbitration services, with a focus on central Florida locations (generally in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Polk and Manatee counties) on which the parties agree. Denny graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1973. After six years on active duty in the Army, serving both in the United States and Germany, he attended and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
