Carole McKelvey is a Florida State Supreme Court Family Mediator & Certified Coach, whose focus is helping others embark on journeys full of transitions. Carole herself, has transitioned from her move from Pittsburgh to Florida after selling her multi-provider counseling practice. Having dealt with life renewing events, she learned first-hand each of us has the strength and resilience to emerge as a better person when left with no choice but to face adversity.

Going through tough life altering experiences, coupled with being a therapist, makes her a better mediator because she understands the process of compromise, and guides the disputants to a better agreement that will restructure the families.

As a trained mediator, a mental health specialist, with a background in coaching, she brings a level of neutrality, knowledge, and compassion to the process, along with the standard of confidentiality. Mediation as a process, mitigates the expense of a lengthy legal process and maintain control over the decision making, rather than allowing a judge to decide.
