Unresponsive. Reached out via phone with no luck so I completed their on-line contact form. I received a message that... my information was received and that they would be in touch as soon as possible. 17 days later and still nothing. I was referred by Berkshire Hathaway as well as another appraiser for an estate evaluation after my mother's death. I've had to go back to BH and let them know that their referral was a bust. Disappointing experience. I can't recommend this firm.read more
