Horrible place to work severely underpaid for what your expected to do and deal with daily they change you schedule... anytime they feel like it lie about pay and if you chose to find employment else where and give them a notice so they can get therapist hired they cut your hours and test you badly. Very unorganized and chaotic at all time! No one ever know who had what kid next and they have a HUGE turn over rate of employees people only stay weeks to months even people who have been there for 1+ years left and said they hope it get shutdown due to poor management from the company people are fed up with how it’s ran, the low pay for all you expected to do and deal with and the reduction in hrs being pulled from on call to cover other slack! Employees deserve to be paid $20-21 per hour and to treat employees with respect and dignity! You want good you put good in simple as that DO BETTER!read more
