My business phone line through them doesn't always work, several times they answered and hung up and several times they... ended my call. The receptionist's voicemail is disappointing because you would think the actually answered. I have to travel almost an hour to get there so it would help to get an answer before arriving and nobody's there to give me my mailUpdate: I am amazed by how quickly they reached out to me to correct this issue. I did not formerly reach out to the company via email to address my matter which I should've done instead I thought mentioning it to the staff would easily resolve it. Magdalene explained the technical difficulties they've been having these last few weeks and gave me a formal apology and it sounded real. She explained the that the mail receptionist takes an hour of lunch in the day and that I could communicate with her directly to schedule the time I can come by to get the mail around her lunch hour. It'll be difficult since I never know when I can get out to their office but at least it's a good solution for now. They've shown empathy for my concern and were not difficult to work with and I can't say the same for many other companies I've done business with. For that I've included 2 more stars for their integrity and will leave room for the other starsread more
I have an account with Opus and recently went to check my mail. Upon arrival at 10 am I noticed the lights were off and... nobody present. I went home thinking no big deal I'll pick my mail up tomorrow or Monday. Monday comes I go to the office arriving around 1:00 to find the lights on but nobody present. I waited about 20 minutes thinking maybe they went to the restroom. After the 20 min wait I contacted the opus customer support after getting transferred 3 times and waiting on hold for 5 mins I finally got through to someone that placed me on another hold and came back to tell me the attendant was at lunch and will be returning in 5 mins.20 mins go by and no attendant, I call opus again and explain I waited and nobody has came. The customer service rep stated the attendant was at lunch and will return at 2 pm as their lunch is one hour. Long story short is you can't get your mail when you want during business hours and every customer service rep was careless and seemed as if I was a problem. I explained to the CSR who stated she was a MGR that I have a Regus.com account and do not get treated rudely, can retrieve my mail at any point during normal business hours, get treated as if my business matters and I am thinking of going with them for this account also. The so called MGR stated to "ok, go ahead". Rather than empathizing and apologizing for the inconvenience this is the response I get. So, I will be taking my business to Regus.com because at least they pretend to appreciate my business. Horrible customer service and false business hours for double the price, No thank you!read more
