I was charged a yearly subscription on 2/28 and then charged AGAIN on 3/27. I called in 3/28 after receiving and email... about a refund. I called in for clarification and was told yes we refunded you (no mention that it was a system error that charged me again a month later) so I assumed my second transaction on 3/27 would be the refund. I call back to clarify again where I was then hung up on by the manager as if I am not allowed to be upset for a duplicate charge a month later. Will be looking to close my account with Opus and move on to a service that values their clients.Update:I have updated my review and rating. Although I would not use Opus again. I am happy they finally agreed to close service and get me rectified to move on.read more
