She’s truly... heaven sent.I had my business laptop delivered here because my residence decided to adopt Fetch for our package deliveries. Let’s just say their reviews were more then enough for me to go the PO Box route. Immediately.I am a stickler when it comes to customer service. Especially in this day & age where it seems like corporations seem to hire the most incompetent employees known to man. But not OPUS!!! I was charged a yearly subscription on 2/28 and then charged AGAIN on 3/27. I called in 3/28 after receiving and email... about a refund. I called in for clarification and was told yes we refunded you (no mention that it was a system error that charged me again a month later) so I assumed my second transaction on 3/27 would be the refund. I call back to clarify again where I was then hung up on by the manager as if I am not allowed to be upset for a duplicate charge a month later. Will be looking to close my account with Opus and move on to a service that values their clients.Update:I have updated my review and rating. Although I would not use Opus again. I am happy they finally agreed to close service and get me rectified to move on.read more
