WORST firm to ever handle my case. They lost my settlement check after I signed it and documents and sent it back. They... are incompetent and lazy. Laziness leads to uncanny professionalism. I’ve been lied to for weeks about my settlement. I was told 5-7 business days for it to clear. That was 11business days ago. 11 business days prior to that I was told 5-7 business days, then they lost it. They are never on time and will not fight. They like an easy win.read more

Schwaba law firm... is the biggest joke of all time. Perhaps Andrew are Thomas are good attorneys but they would NEVER... make time for you. Instead they send you their light work intern Zachary to ensure you will lose even the smallest of cases. I was informed by numerous people who were in the court room that he did a HORRENDOUS job and could hardly stop stuttering and get the point across. I am so embarrassed to have ever used this service and will be having to move from my house of 17 years because of how much money I lost. Do not EVER use this law firm. It’s a waste of time, they never answer your calls and truly show you that you are but an insect to them. I would give them zero stars if I could. What an absolute disgrace to all lawyers.read more
