It has been a few years since my roof was cleaned. C & S Pressure Cleaning did the job previously, so I called them to do it again. Cesar came out to the property. We spoke about what needed to be done. He walked around the house, looked at the shrubbery and we discussed any potential damage from the cleaning. He called the night before to say they would be at the house in the morning. Arrived at the time he said he would. While Cesar cleaned the roof, his associate walked around the house washing away the dirt from the roof. The roof looks great and I'm very happy with the work.
