Carolann Mazza, P.A. is a non-litigation family law firm committed to helping you restructure your family through divorce and/or assisting you with your family conflict in a healthier, less destructive manner. I focus my practice on clients who choose to resolve their conflicts out of court. I utilize Collaborative Divorce, mediation and out-of-court settlement negotiations to help families handle their divorce or other family related matter. I also provide unbundled legal services. I will help you complete the do-it-yourself Family Law Forms, write and/or review your pre-nuptial agreement, post-nuptial agreement, and marital settlement agreement, as well as other services.

She makes agreements with the other party without consulting her own clients first. Then when called out on it she... stops responding mails. Just horrible experience would not recommend. Thanks Carolann. 👎🏻👎🏻Edit to respond her comment: Maybe you should be more upset that I haven’t seen my son in four years now because I couldn’t agree to clauses you agreed to behind my back that had zero legal basis (I’ve consulted many other lawyers about this) and would have left me bankrupt. Maybe you should have talked it over with me first before agreeing with the other party. You were supposed to be representing me and you F’d me Carolann. And then you disappeared and didn’t even mail the papers you promised you were going to mail. Four years and counting I haven’t seen my son now thanks to you. But it sure was easy to take the money and run and never look back wasn’t it? So called “collaborative process” only brought me debt and sorrow. I make this public in hopes you never do this to another client again.read more
