Choosing to rent at a Dean property has quite literally cost us thousands of dollars and we’re not even a full year in.... I highly suggest against working with this company. If you see a Terri Dean sign, run. I promise you that it’s not worth it. If i could give this company no stars I would. We’ve been tenants of theirs for 10 months now and it’s been an absolute nightmare. We pay our rent early every month and we’re easy tenants. We expect the basics that are outlined in our lease, like an air conditioner to work so that our store doesn’t hit temperatures that are so high that we are forced to close. (This has happened more than few days this past summer and we’ve lost out on hundreds of dollars)The electricity that we pay for in our sky high CAM charges has been off for 4 days forcing us to close for Black Friday and Small Business Saturday. This of course is at no fault of our own and purely due to the negligence of Terri Dean and her staff. We also found out that Dean hasn’t been paying that bill this entire time, she had that bill in another tenants name.There is so much shady and potentially illegal business going on here it’s hard to sum up in a quick review. But please, if you’re reading this do not sign a lease with these people. You’ll be signing up for years of stress and lost wages.-I don’t typically leave bad reviews. But this has been such an awful experience that I do feel that it’s my responsibility to warn others. Mine and my partners livelihoods have been impacted so negatively by all of this and we’ve lost so much money that i just want to hopefully prevent anyone else from living this nightmare. Working with Dean is a mistake that most small businesses cannot afford to make.read more

This company is absolutely horrible and her agents are incompetent. I’ve been contacting them by phone, email, and... third party websites. They do not answer the phone, return calls, or emails. I feel sorry for companies that have entrusted this company to find clients because they don’t work.read more

I’m baffled by all of these good reviews. This is the hardest company that I’ve ever tried to deal with. They don’t... answer phone calls or emails. The communication is beyond poor to the point where it’s non existent. Attempting to work with them has caused thousands of dollar in delays. I would give no stars if it were an option.read more
