I can’t say enough wonderful things about John Franzese, FULL HOUSE Insurance Adjusters. After my home insurance... company denied coverage for replacing a 20 year old leaking roof I hired John to see if there was something more that could be done.He explained the entire “outside adjusters roll” ; he gave me a realistic time frame for how long it might take to complete; and even brought a drone to check out my entire roof without ever having to climb ladders.Then began the lengthly paperwork back and forth with my Insurance agent (which John handled 100%). That was followed by the painful negotiations with my insurance agent and me and finally we reached a successful (for me) conclusion. I’ll be depositing my Insurance Company’s check this week.
