Second, time, trying this real estate agency, giving them the benefit of the doubt both Times realtors were very... unprofessional, and this recent time had one realtor, leave me to make sure she took a phone call from what she called a multi millionaire in front of me, her client so switched realtors in their group and had an issue with someone dropping in during my time slot to view a home and instead of my real estate agent saying I’m so sorry my client has arrived. Here is my card and my number if you would like to come back in 30 minutes, I will take care of you then but right now I need to take care of my client since she has a signed contract with me ,that was not the case I found the home myself, and then basically had to show the home to myself do not recommendA real estate agent may not can help the fact that someone just dropped it on them, but I also know that is what they consider trespassing. I need more than just a real estate agent that will stick a sign in my yard.read more

This realty team I wouldn't recommend for anyone. The warhurst team, who we were working with through Hagemore, caused... us so many problems and weren't listening to what we were wanting at all. Declined to show us houses and lied saying they were off the market. We contacted their broker asking for a cancellation in the exclusive realtor contract we signed and she wouldn't even respond or try to fix the problem. We decided to wait it out and look at houses ourselves until all the time has passed.read more
