We wanted to have an as accurate as possible value of our house and found this company while searching, we contacted... them and liked the professionalism we found while on the phone with Jhovan, he scheduled a call to set an appointment for inspection and from that moment on everything went as planned, Alfredo Nunez, the specialist who performed the inspection didn’t cut any corners, I offered a recently completed survey of the property and they told me they preferred to make their own measurements, today we received the report and the details exceeded our expectations which were already high based on the professionalism showed throughout the process.I would recommend Jhovan and Alfredo if you are looking for a professional home appraiser, thank you both very much!!!read more

I am happy I did .Mr. Rojas is a great individual, friendly and knowledgeable on his field of Realstate and appraisals. He is licensed and insured in State of Florida.
