I needed several rides to & from medical procedures last year. I found this company and had multiple wonderful... experiences. They picked me up on time (showing up early but stressing it was solely to make sure they were on time and not to rush me. They discussed my needs before the appointment and confirmed them as we drove to the location. My provider required someone to wait with me before the procedure and to stay on site during the procedure: both drivers expected this, as they've been in the business a while. They asked if I needed them to come inside and sign in, or if I would prefer them to wait in the vehicle. They anticipated what I might need after each procedure; from help into the car, seat positioning, a/c levels, and help into the house. The vehicles were clean and the rides were smooth, even after my surgeries. Scheduling and payment were easy. Drivers were pleasant and focused on my needs and comfort. I'm calling this week to schedule transport to all my end-of-year procedures with these professional (and lovely!) people.read more
