“Simply the BEST!” Michael Best and his crew from Level Home Pros did an awesome job replacing my attic’s 40 year old insulation. There was no need to “haggle” over the cost to perform the job; Michael’s initial quote was quite a bargain compared to the other quotes that we received. Michael’s explanation of the process was thorough and turned out to be exactly as promised. The first day of work was like clockwork. Just before 7:30 AM, a dumpster shows up, followed by Michael and his crew. After meeting with Michael, his crew made all of their preps and covered anything in my garage that could be damaged, then they got to work. My 2000 square foot house had a lot of attic space so it took all day to vacuum out my attic, by the way, that’s one huge vacuum. I took advantage of the cleaned out attic to inspect and repair some of my ductwork, and I found a bare electrical wire that was repaired the next day by an Electrician prior to Michael’s crew getting started. (Thanks Michael) The second day was gap and hole filling, then the actual insulation install. Everything went smoothly. The two day process was totally stress free. Michael Best and Level Home Pros were amazing from start to finish. I, without hesitation, will recommend Level Home Pros for your attic project.”

I submitted a request through the Home Advisor portal to address an issue with our master suite being cooler than the rest of upstairs. I received several responses, all for appointments two weeks out. However, I received a call from Michael Best, of Level Home Pros, who was able to come out the same day to assess the probable cause(s). During his visit, he assessed that the attic hadn’t been properly air sealed and that should be the starting point. I was quoted 2 days for removal of old insulation (appx 1900 sqft), proper air seal, and placement of new insulation. His crew arrived as scheduled (actually early), shielded the necessary furniture with plastic, and quickly and efficiently moved about the task. Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable and was very informative as to the why(s) certain things were being done to rectify my situation. The job only took a day and a half. I was not only able to feel the change, but also verify the temperature difference by use of several thermometers placed throughout the master suite. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend Level Home Pros for future jobs. ***** 5 stars *****”
