The term Lawsuit has historically been synonymous with Litigation due to the nature and structure of the legal system. As mediation’s popularity improves, fewer disputes enter the court system, reducing its association with litigation.
With this cultural shift towards collaboration rather than confrontation will lead those in dispute to seek out mediators and not just litigators. Ultimately, mediation has the potential to be viewed as the “default” and Litigation as the exception.
It is for these reasons that Mediate Lawsuit chose to build this platform on the “exact match domain” that is poised to be at the center of all disputes.
With this in mind, we believe we are strategically positioned to:
– Better serve our mediators
– Influence legal advocates
– Inform prospective clients
– Deliver impactful media services to our network of neutrals
Perhaps one day ADR will simply be known as Dispute Resolution…..no “Alternative” needed.
