After numerous delays mostly from the Town of Jupiter building department, I must say working with Ralph and his team produced a absolutely wonderful operating roof. In addition i required some minor adjustments 9 months later and wow they came and did the adjustment in record time. thank you Ralph for this beautiful structure which my family and myself will enjoy for many years to come. I highly recommend using this firm but advise to be patient as the finished product is well worth the wait.”

Ralph built a beautiful motorized patio cover for my home. I nor my neighbors and friends could believe how much this... added to my entertaining area of the house. I finally have an area I can use year around. Shawn and his guys did a great job on the build. I knew not to be in a hurry because contractors are backed up but it was finished in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Ralph.read more

Well I left a deposit February 2 2022 and to date there is a permit filed with the town and it’s been issued. I like... Ralph but his response time is poor. It’s now over 4 months and I haven’t seen any work done except the blue prints for the permit. I have my fingers crossed for an answer as to when they will begin work on my stand alone roof over my outdoor kitchen. Their products seems to be good quality and strong weather resistant but I’m used to good communication and so far it’s below my expectations. If you are reading this review, I sincerely wish it is part of your doing research and due diligence before parting... with your $.His full name is Ralph Carroll Meadows Jr., DOB 1/25/1951, speaks with a Southern accent. He lived in Myrtle Beach, SC for a long time before moving to South Florida. Utilizing public records, you can find his court history and info in Horry County, South Carolina. There are around 35 cases, mostly involved debt collections, foreclosures and liens against him, dated 1993-2011.w w w. publicindex.scourts.orgIn S. Florida public records, you are able to find that he has default judgments (plural) in amount of ten thousand or more against him, his business Fort Lauderdale LLC. d/b/a Rain or Shine Patios. He has been evicted by final default judgment from a warehouse bay at 122 NE 32 St. in Oakland Park. We had a free-standing unit installed in our back yard, and although it took a bit longer than originally expected,... we're very pleased with it. It's made of heavy gauge aluminum and is solidly built. The upright columns are supported by underground large poured concrete footings, into which they were inserted. The crew who did the installation did beautiful work. We're delighted with the finished product!read more

There is not a zero star option, so i had to give one star.Ralph Meadows does not have a GC license. There is a big... DBPR complaint against him. There were many (mostlikely still) unfinished projects, after an egregious amount of delay.Consider yourself fortunate if you're able to complete your canopy and pass the final inspection. I had to finish the job myself, file the Notice of Commencement myself, changed the permit to owner/builder and pay a paver pro to put the brick patio back (yep, there were three hazardous holes for 6 months).Ralph Meadows was an Arcadia dealer in South Carolina. According to another Arcadia dealer, Ralph was pulling some shenanigans and had his dealer authorization yanked. I spoke with many homeowners that he pulled permit on, using Jersey Pride Construction license # without permission, all of them have similar stories as I do. DELAY, NO SHOW, DOESN'T ANSWER THE PHONE, BS PROMISES etc.read more
