They scheduled a free inspection within 24 hours, which was a huge relief considering the rain was forecasted for the following week.The roofing technician, Alex, arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly examined the roof and identified the source of the leak. I got several estimates before choosing Simple Roofing. I’ve never hired anyone to repair my roof before so I... didn’t know what was the correct price should be. This was the only compay that quotes a per square foot price before even seeing my roof. The price never changed at the end. Would highly recommend.read more

My roof began leaking, and I got in touch with several roofers. Rafael with Simple Roofing was the best choice, because... he offered a premium service for a reasonable price (relative to other quotes that we received.) With Rafael, there’s also the chance of getting insurance to pay for the new roof, as his specialty is identifying weather-related damage and getting insurance companies to pay. In our case, there was no such damage, but at least we had a thorough inspection of our roof performed, with all of the issues properly diagnosed.Rafael is very responsive. He almost always answers his phone when called, and he gets back to you very quickly when he is unable to respond. He also does a great job of explaining the process. Finally, on the day of the installation, his team came very early (before 8am), and the job was done by around 4pm the same day.Overall, the process of installing a new roof was very smooth with Rafael and Simple Roofing.read more

I came across Rafael and Simple Roofing while trying to determine whether my roof needed a replacement. Rafael helped... me through the entire process, identified how the roof damage was weather related and worked with my insurance company to install a new roof. Throughout the process, Rafael was never pushing me or pressuring me (unlike almost every other roofing company I contacted). During the initial phase, Rafael was present during the insurance inspection and helped me by answering a whole bunch of questions. On his end, he also got a drone and took detailed pictures of the roof. The roof changing process itself was very quick and per the plan. High quality GAF shingles were used. When I did identify some minor issues during installation, Rafael was quick to have his people fix the problem. The company was very thorough with the cleaning process as well. I would highly recommend connecting with Rafael / Simple Roofing if you are trying to get your roof fixed. As an added bonus, he also made a small fix to my neighbor's roof free of charge and helped another neighbor identify a major issue on their newly installed roof.read more

We quoted out a new roof for the past years but decided to continue to patch instead of replacing it due to the high... cost. Recently, Rafael approached us with replacing the roof through our insurance due to weather damage which we did experience. Since no money was due to submit the claim, we proceeded, and the insurance company approved our claim. What to expect: Rafael handles communication with your insurance company and to you directly. He will submit on your behalf throughout the entire process. Your insurance will keep you informed by sending you documents along the way. And if you have a deductible, that will be your responsibility to pay it on the day the roof is complete. All other payments will be submitted from your insurance in the form of physical checks which we indorsed and then handed them to Rafael for his payment. Roof materials and process include GAF shingles and a review of your roof through a detailed report which you will also have a copy for your records. This report is submitted to your insurance so they can decide if the claim can be approved or not. After your insurance company approves the claim, then you schedule the roof replacement. Dumpster comes, roof gets removed and the shingles get replaced in a couple of days. The dumpster may be there for about a week, at most. Rafael responded promptly to our questions and concerns, and the roof came out great. The employees were quick and professional to clean up as best as possible when the job was done. We now have a new roof for the cost of our deductible, and we couldn't be happier.read more

I was very skeptical when someone knocked on my door and told me I had roof damage...yeah yeah I thought.
